21st Century was the direct-to-consumer division of Farmer's agent-based car insurance company. DWH was a successful direct-response agency. I was a successful Retail Creative Director with 'big agency" branding in my DNA. Together we produced a dozen commercials from our pitch-winning campaign, re-designed their e-commerce website, and launched a robust conquest & retargeting effort. Within one year, sales were up 102%, awareness was up 31%, and cost-per-acqusition fell by 46% - on a flat Y.O.Y. media spend. Like the campaign said, why pay more if you don't have to?
